How often do you update your systems?

If any of the emails bounce back or fail in your campaign, we will replace them with new contacts under the same criteria. Just email the contacts in question back to your sales rep. in a excel spread sheet along with the stated error message, and replacements will be sent as soon as the investigation by the IT department has been concluded.

Do you provide Data Appending Services?
Yes we do provide data appending or enhancement services. If you have a specific list of companies or old contacts you want checked against our existing database, we only charge for successful builds. We do not charge any service fees for unsuccessful services.
Is this a rented list or unlimited usage?
All our lists are provided with unlimited usage and export restrictions. These contacts are yours to own. Unlike other companies that rent you the data for one time or limit your usage and caps your marketing efforts. You can use our data files as many times as you wish but you cannot sell our data to any other party. If you are purchasing these contacts on behalf of a client, please notify your sales rep. as additional information may be needed.
Do you provide discounts?
